A prize of $20,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to attend an award ceremony in Madrid, Spain, will be given annually for a work of flash fiction written in English, Spanish, Hebrew, or Arabic. Three runner-up prizes of $1,000 each and an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the award ceremony will be given to stories in each of the remaining languages.
