Entry Fee: 

A prize of $1,500 and publication in Louisiana Literature is given for a short story. The winner also receives an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the 2014 New Orleans Literary Festival and to give a public reading during the festival. Victor LaValle and Emily Raboteau will judge. Submit a story of up to 7,000 words with a $25 entry fee by November 15. Visit the website for complete guidelines.
