A prize of $1,000 and publication by Sowilo Press is given annually for a first book of fiction by a woman writer over the age of 40. Using only the online submission system, submit a story collection or novel of any length, a synopsis, an outline of the book, and a résumé with a $20 entry fee by March 15.
