Three prizes of $1,000 each and publication in Sonora Review are given annually for a poem or group of poems, a short story, and an essay. The 2018 contest theme is "Future." Harmony Holiday will judge in poetry, Charles Yu will judge in fiction, and Rubén Martínez will judge in nonfiction. Submit four to eight pages of poetry, a short story of up to 6,000 words, or an essay of up to 5,000 words with a $15 entry fee by March 15. All entries are considered for publication.
