Professor of English [1]
Join SCAD as a full-time English professor and shape the language and discourse of undergraduate students across disciplines. From dramatic writing and performing arts to advertising, graphic design, and beyond, English plays an essential role in the School of Liberal Arts and SCAD Core, the university’s general education curriculum.
In this role, you will join one of the most academically diverse general education programs at any art and design university and further advance SCAD students’ ability to investigate, express, defend, and advance ideas.
As part of the energetic and innovative SCAD liberal arts faculty, the ideal candidate will have university-level teaching experience and an enthusiasm for working with a variety of learning styles at a leading arts university.
