Editorial Focus

The Missing Slate is an online art and literary journal with roots in Pakistan and an international editorial team. The magazine aims both to promote new writing from across the world to a South Asian audience and to promote new writing from South Asia to an audience across the world.
We are not afraid to publish material that would be considered ‘taboo’ by similar magazines, and we aim to include previously unpublished writers in every issue.
As a non-profit organisation, we continue to rely on the support of a global network of readers and contributors.
