Editorial Focus

RipRap offers a humble invitation to talented and aspiring writers of all genres (short fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art). RipRap 41 will highlight multitude and diversity in all forms, celebrating the uniqueness of culture, race, sexuality, gender, place, and perspective. We encourage local and global submissions of writing and art inspired by the kaleidoscopic composition of Southern California, the greater US, and abroad. We seek out work that is innovative, forward-thinking, and as entertaining as it is thought-provoking.

Tips From the Editor

All submissions are read blind by our editing staff and editorial panels. Your submission may not include any identifying information. Any submissions that contain personal information that reveals the identity of the author will not be considered for publication.
