Editorial Focus

IHRAM Translates is an initiative of IHRAM Literary that publishes translated voices from around the world to expand their reach and our understanding.

Tips From the Editor

IHRAM Translates is now accepting Poetry Translations from world languages into English. You may submit up to five unpublished pieces of translations to choose from (along with the original versions of the poems in their root languages) with the bio and picture of both poet and translator.

We welcome poetry translations from international languages into English on the theme of Human Rights however interpreted by the author, reflecting sincerity, engagement, and vulnerability, without pointing fingers, anger, or otherwise cathartic explosions, no matter how justified they might feel.
