Editorial Focus

Gingerbread House Literary Magazine seeks quality fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction with a magical element or twist. It is open to anything well written. Please read an issue and the guidelines before submitting. Submissions of 3-5 poems and flash (total word count of 1500).  We try hard to respond within 6 months, but sometimes--due to our staff size and commitments--may be regrettably longer.

Tips From the Editor

We are not a market for sword & sorcery, sci fi, or children's stories. We do like mythic and fairy tale retellings especially if they have a new spin. We do not accept previously published material, prose above 1500 words or epic poems.
