Laura Sims is the author of Looker, a novel; four books of poetry, most recently Staying Alive; and the editor of Fare Forward: Letters from David Markson. She lives outside of New York City with her family.
Joanna Hershon has written five novels: Swimming, The Outside of August, The German Bride, A Dual Inheritance and St. Ivo (forthcoming in 2020 with Farrar, Straus & Giroux). Her work has been published in (among other places) Granta, The New York Times, One Story, The Virginia Quarterly Review, the anthologies Brooklyn Was Mine and Freud's Blind Spot.
