About The Organization:
On Your Level Youth Project was founded by Blair Karsch, a substitute teacher in the Indianapolis region with a knack for spinning out poetry off the top of his head about any subject, who seeks to engage students in social discourse and creative/literary arts. We frequently host open mic nights where kids can sing, write/share poetry, and express their feelings about any sorts of issues facing them and the world openly. We also used to host a TV show where kids could do the same, and we are looking to revive it in the near future.
