Writing Day Workshops Social Media Internships (Unpaid - Remote)

Writing Day Workshops is seeking multiple individuals for social media internships. WDW (writingdayworkshops.com) is a company formed by former editors of Writer's Digest magazine that focuses on writers conference event planning, and also creating content online that helps people get published.

If you are a student and your university has requirements for social media, admin work, editorial assistance, or event planning, we will work with them to meet any such requirements so you get credit.

These internships are good opportunities for:

  • students who study event planning and want real-world experience in contacting venues, negotiating price for a space, promotion of the event and more
  • students who want to be part of the online publishing world and seek real-world experience in social media, editing, newsletters, blogs, and developing SEO-driven valuable online content
  • any aspiring or intermediate writer who spends lots of time on social media (Twitter, blogs) consuming news and tips on writing & publishing, and wants to put that time to good use
  • writers who want to make connections with agents and published authors

We seek driven individuals who are excited about such a position, and respond to email quickly and can get tasks done promptly. Thank you.
