Pacific University’s low-residency MFA in Writing program is seeking to hire an administrative assistant, responsible for coordinating administrative activities and performing clerical duties. Position is full-time and requires travel to twice-yearly residencies, which involve weekend work.

Main responsibilities include office management; collaborating with colleagues in offices across the University (including the Business Office, the Registrar, Bookstore, etc.); bookkeeping and budget monitoring; tracking student progress; updating and maintaining student files in FileMaker; and recruiting, scheduling, and managing work-study students and contractors.
