The right candidate has been working as a full-time agent for 5+ years, with demonstrated success partnering with authors in Adult and/or YA and Children’s books. Compensation and Benefits: $100K - $500K+ commensurate with agent’s current client list. PFLM provides medical with premium paid by PFLM, vision and dental insurance also available with partial premium paid by PFLM. We also have a 401(k) plan after 1 full year of employment. Employees have 23 days of paid vacation, 10 holidays + 1 floating holiday, Summer Fridays 9-1 from Memorial Day-Labor Day.
