Niagara University, a private, predominately undergraduate institution sponsored by the Vincentian community, seeks a full-time Faculty Fellow with a strong record of teaching first-year composition and first-year literature for a three-year appointment in the English Department starting in Fall 2020.
Minimum qualifications: PhD in English, Rhetoric and Composition, or a related field, and demonstrated excellence in innovative teaching. Preferred: Additional experience in teaching English Language Learners (ELL).
The successful candidate will teach WRT 100, Thinking and Writing, and ENG 110, Literary Perspectives, Niagara's first-year composition and literature courses, respectively. The teaching load will consist of 12 to 15 credit hours per semester depending on the candidate's involvement in departmental and campus initiatives.
