Digital Marketing Coordinator/Manager

Pacific & Court, a quickly-growing Brooklyn-based book publicity and digital marketing agency focused on independent authors and publishers, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly-motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our small and mighty team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or Manager (depending on experience). This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 day WFH), reporting to P&C's President.

  • Create, strategize, and implement results-driven digital marketing advertising campaigns, monitor and review analytics, and share weekly reports to third-party clients
  • Lead organic social media marketing strategies and campaigns, including content planning, posting, channel management, engagement, and analytics for clients as well as for P&C
  • Maintain front end of company website by updating and editing content, adhering to the site's style
  • Research new business leads and opportunities to share with the President
  • Monitor and implement emerging and existing trends, applications, and best practices in SEO, social media, and other digital marketing strategies to increase brand presence/social engagement
  • Support clients' PR and marketing efforts and manage client relations
  • Manage influencer marketing program and execute influencer campaigns
  • Create content for company's website/blog and social media accounts
  • Assist in publicity and public relations campaigns as necessary
  • Other marketing support as necessary


  • High-level organization, an eye for detail, and curiousness are instrumental for success in this role
  • Proactive with all tasks and communications to both clients and the President
  • Eagerness to analyze marketing results, experiment, and learn from each campaign
  • Willingness to take ownership of new projects and interest in expanding and evolving job responsibilities (i.e. website content/design, blogs, newsletter, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and analytics
  • Highly motivated and confident to manage and balance multiple client campaigns as well as admin tasks for the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a small and flexible team with motivation to grow within the company
  • A passion for book publishing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing


  • Proficiency with WordPress, Google Workspace, HTML, Adobe Suite (Photoshop) and Canva
  • Working knowledge of primary social media and marketing/advertising platforms, and social tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, AdEspresso, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization and analytics
  • Experience with and interest in data analysis and/or working with data

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is: Digital Marketing Coordinator: $45,000 - $50,000; Digital Marketing Manager: $55,000-$60,000, plus health insurance, paid vacation time, performance-based bonus

Schedule: P&C currently offers a 3-2 work schedule (3 days in person in the Downtown Brooklyn office are required; 2 days work from home is optional)
