Library of America, a prestigious non-profit publisher, seeks a Contracts and Permissions Manager to draft and negotiate contracts; maintain contracts files; submit check requests to accounting; research and clear permissions for text and illustrations, while managing costs to keep projects on budget; and respond to permissions requests. Small, collegial office. Minimum two years publishing experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Sign preferred.
