Adjunct Professor in Communication

Tiffin University seeks The School of Arts and Sciences at Tiffin University invites applications for of a part-time instructor. Responsibilities include mainly teaching public speaking and a possibility of intercultural communication. Adjunct Faculty positions are temporary appointments, assigned per semester and on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications for the Job: 


The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s degree in communication or related field and experience teaching at the college level. 


Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
A record of integrity and leadership; 
Evidence of effective teaching to diverse learners and experience in promoting and fostering a supportive learning environment using a variety of methodologies are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and communicate for long hours.
