Author's Bio

Sarah Rose Nordgren is the author of the poetry collections Darwin's Mother and Best Bones, both from University of Pittsburgh Press. Her poems have appeared in Agni, Ploughshares, The Iowa Review, American Poetry Review, and the Best New Poets anthology, among others. A recipient of two fellowships from the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown and an Individual Excellence Award from the Ohio Arts Council, Sarah Rose grew up in Durham, NC and currently lives in Cincinnati.
