Author's Bio

Anna Leahy is the author of the full-length poetry collections Aperture (Shearsman, 2017) and Constituents of Matter (KSUP, 2007) and the nonfiction books Tumor (Bloomsbury, 2017) and Generation Space: A Love Story (with Douglas R. Dechow, Stillhouse, 2017). Her essays won top awards from the Los Angeles Review, Ninth Letter, and Dogwood. She edited and co-wrote What We Talk about When We Talk about Creative Writing and Power and Identity in the Creative Writing Classroom (Multilingual Matters, 2016 and 2006). She directs the MFA in Creative Writing program at Chapman University, where she curates the Tabula Poetica reading series and edits the international journal TAB. | @AMLeahy on Twitter
