The 2017 William Paterson University Spring Writer’s Conference was held on April 8 at the WPU campus in Wayne, New Jersey, 20 miles northwest of New York City. The conference featured readings and workshops in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. The faculty included poets Rosa Alcalá and Timothy Liu; fiction writers David Galef, Barbara Krasner, Wendy Oleson, and Martha Witt; and nonfiction writers Theresa DiGeronimo and N. West Moss. Poet Rosa Alcalá delivered the keynote. The cost of the conference was $55 ($22 for WPU undergraduate students, $33 for WPU graduate students, and $44 for WPU alumni) before February 15 and $66 thereafter; the registration deadline was March 31, 2017.
