Writing as a Pathway through Grief, Loss, Uncertainty and Change, for fiction and creative nonfiction writers, was held from October 7 to October 13 at the Commonweal Retreat Center in Bolinas, California. The conference offered daily workshops led by nonfiction writer Laura Davis, as well as meditation practice and time to write. The cost of the conference was $1,950, which included tuition, all meals, and shared lodging (single rooms are available for an additional $350).
