Steve Lambert (Gavin S. Lambert) was born in Bossier City, Louisiana, in 1974, and grew up in Central Florida. He has a BA in English from the University of North Florida, and an MFA from UTEP. He teaches part-time at UNF, and lives in Saint Augustine with his wife and daughter.
