The 11th annual Sirenland Writers Conference was held from April 2, 2017, to April 8, 2017, at Le Sirenuse Hotel in Positano, Italy, located 35 miles south of Naples on the Amalfi Coast. The conference featured workshops in fiction and creative nonfiction, panel discussions, and readings. The faculty included fiction writers Richard Russo and Jim Shepard, and nonfiction writer Dani Shapiro. Tuition was $4,200, which included lodging and some meals.
