The sixth annual Ridgefield Writers Conference will be held on September 21 at the Ridgefield Library in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The conference features workshops in fiction and creative nonfiction, panels, author readings, opportunities to query agents, and a wine and cheese reception. The faculty includes fiction writer Chris Belden and creative nonfiction writer Sonya Huber. Fiction writer Rachel Basch will deliver the keynote. Participating publishing professionals include agent Marilyn Allen (Allen O’Shea Literary) and editors Adele Annesi (Word for Words), Colin Hosten (Disney Publications), and Tamar Mays (HarperCollins).
