Author's Bio

He has also had work published in Palabritas (Harvard Latinx Student Lit Review), Drum Voices Revue, The Patterson Review, Big Hammer and many other journals. Some of his work deals with his Puerto Rican heritage, including some work exploring his Taino ancestry. He also has a youtube channel for mini-readings under his name Rick Kearns. Rick has also been a journalist for 25 years, publishing over 400 articles about indigenous Latin America in "Indian Country Today Media Network".
