The Renaissance House Residency Program, sponsored by the Helene and Dorothy West Foundation for Artists in Need, offers residencies of one to two weeks from July to September to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers in the Catskill Mountains of Napanoch, New York, and Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. The residencies include workshops, lectures, and time to write. Participating writers include poet Afaa Michael Weaver, fiction writer Elizabeth Benedict, and creative nonfiction writers Wickham Boyle and Jill Nelson. The residency fee is $950 per week, which includes workshops and all meals. Submit an application with a work sample of any length.
