Other Features:

As the program adapts to changing circumstances, it is discovering new ways to encourage a tight, active, and supportive literary community while keeping faculty, staff, students, and the surrounding community safe. In a typical year, it hosts four to six guest readers and brings two visiting writers onto campus to work independently with students. Students also have the opportunity to teach workshops in the community at libraries and other local venues through the Looseleaf Writing Workshop Series. While many of these endeavors will have to adapt changing conditions, the program remains committed to finding safe and creative ways to engage with the greater literary community and to provide a rich and dynamic experience for each student.

The application fee is $60 for domestic students and $75 for international students.
