Paul Mariani is a poet, biographer, critic, essayist, memoirist, and teacher. He has published eighteen books, including seven volumes of poetry and six biographies of poets, most recently The Whole Harmonium: The Life of Wallace Stevens (Simon & Schuster, 2016).
