The program also offers a concentration in literary translation.

The program offers team-taught multi-genre workshops, individual tutorials pairing students with practitioners in their chosen areas, and seminars developed in collaboration with students. The student-run Otis Books produces six titles annually. A Visiting Writers Series hosts writers and editors from around the country.

The application deadline for the spring semester is November 1; the application deadline for the fall semester is January 15.
