The 36th annual Miami Book Fair will be held from November 17 to November 24 at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College in downtown Miami. The festival features readings in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole by more than 500 authors from around the world, as well as panel discussions, performances, and special events and activities. Participating authors include poets Richard Blanco, Joy Harjo, Ilya Kaminsky, Jake Skeets, and Jon Sands; fiction writers Sarah Blake, Edwidge Danticat, Nathan Englander, Jamaica Kincaid, Teá Obreht, Karen Russell, and Richard Russo; and nonfiction writers Eve Ensler, James Fallows, Ross Gay, Ibram X. Kendi, David Maraniss, Samantha Power, Paul Theroux, and Damon Young.
