Author's Bio

JSA Lowe's poems have appeared most recently in Black Warrior Review, Chicago Review, DIAGRAM, Hobart, Salamander, Salt Hill Journal, Third Coast, and Versal. Her translations appear in the MLA anthology Nineteenth-Century French Women Poets. Her chapbook DOE was published by Particle Series Books, and Cherry-emily is currently available from dancing girl press. Currently completing a PhD in poetry and literature at the University of Houston, she also studied at Mount Holyoke College, University of Cambridge, Boston University, and Arizona State University. She lives near Galveston with the cat Pyewacket.
