Author's Bio

Jen Dempsey lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she works as Director of the Learning Commons at Laramie County Community College. A graduate of University of Maryland's MFA program and a two-time Pushcart Prize nominee, Jen was named 2014 Artist-in-Residence at Acadia National Park. She is also Editor of Fire Tetrahedron: Journal of Poetry & Art. When she is not teaching or writing, Jen travels across the US, Asia, and Europe, continuing her research and poetry on the relationship between land and myth.
