Originally from Illinois, Pringle-Toungate now lives in the Northwest United States. Her first collection of stories, The Floating Order, is published by Scotland's Two Ravens Press (2009). "How The Sun Burns Among Hills of Rock and Pebble," the title story of her next collection, is available as a chapbook through The Head & The Hand Press (2015); her chapbook "The Wandering House" She is the fiction editor of The Literati Quarterly. She is presently shopping her next collection, How the Sun Burns, to publishers.
