Author's Bio

Hello! I'm Darlene P. Campos. I was born in Houston, TX in October 1991 to an Ecuadorian family. I'm a graduate from the University of Houston with a BA in English-Creative Writing and a minor in Medicine. In May 2016, I earned my MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Texas at El Paso's Creative Writing Program. I currently work for Lone Star College System. My first novel, "Behind Mount Rushmore," debuted on May 19, 2017. It is available through Vital Narrative Press, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon. I am currently working on two additional novels to be released in the future with Vital Narrative Press.
