Author's Bio

Collin Kelley is the author of The Venus Trilogy of novels Conquering Venus, Remain In Light (a 2012 finalist for the Townsend Prize for Fiction and Georgia Author of the Year for Fiction) and Leaving Paris. His poetry collections include Better To Travel, the spoken word album HalfLife Crisis, Slow To Burn, After the Poison and Render, which was honored by the American Library Association and named one of the best books of 2013 by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. A recipient of the Georgia Author the Year Award, Deep South Festival of Writers Award and Goodreads Poetry Award, Kelley's poetry, essays, interviews and reviews have appeared in magazines and journals around the world.
