Author's Bio

Christopher Garry's works are forthcoming in Crack the Spine, Fiction on the Web and Tales of the Talisman and have appeared in Bewildering Stories, Bartleby Snopes, Linguistic Erosion, Danse Macabre, The Glass Coin, The Criterion, Delta Women and EIIRJ.

Born in Illinois he lives outside Seattle with family and pets. If he were born at another age perhaps he would stare blankly at the sunset as he wipes mastodon blood from his chin, tossing the bone aside. He can be found on Poets & Writers or CTGarry.com.

I like humor, folk and alternative music (RadioParadise on the web). I love live theater, going to movies, wandering the markets and street fairs in Seattle, going out for drinks after work with the posse, going to barbecues, going to the parent's lakehouse to swim/hottub/visit, going to comedy clubs. I like writing and studying film, watching DVDs, and catching up on a few favorite TV shows. Weather permitting, I go ATV, bicycle, fish or frisbee. I occasionally hike up until there's no signal. All but one of my kids are grown and often visit me or stay with me.

"No man who bothers about originality will ever be original: whereas if you simply try to tell the truth (without caring twopence how often it has been told before) you will, nine times out of ten, become original without ever having noticed it." —C. S. Lewis
