Author's Bio

Caryn Mirriam-Goldberg is the 2009-2013 Poet Laureate of Kansas, and the author or editor of 16 books, including four collections of poetry, a memoir, a novel, a beloved writing guide, and many anthologies. Founder of Transformative Language Arts at Goddard College, where she teaches, she also leads community writing workshops widely.
