The 2017 Arkansas Literary Festival was held from April 27 to April 30 at the Central Arkansas Library system’s Main Library and other venues in Little Rock. The festival featured readings, panel discussions, performances, and workshops, as well as book signings and author meet-and-greets. Participating writers included poets Bryan Borland, Greg Alan Brownderville, and Danielle Chapman: fiction writers C. D. Albin, Nicholson Baker, Natalie Baszile, Chanelle Benz, Marie Bostwick, Kevin Brockmeier, Thi Bui, Robert Olen Butler, Amina Gautier, Marita Golden, and Hari Kunzru; and nonfiction writers Deb Amlen, Celia Anderson, John Avlon, Alex Beam, and Garrard Conley.
