We're looking for something that makes us feel. It can make us feel joy, sadness, anger, silliness, etc, etc. Just make us feel something.

The Sun is an independent, ad-free magazine that for more than forty years has used words and photographs to evoke the splendor and heartache of being human. Each monthly issue celebrates life, but not in a way that ignores its complexity. The personal essays, short stories, interviews, poetry, and photographs that appear in The Sun’s pages explore the challenges we face and the moments when we rise to meet them.

We are currently only considering FOURPLAY submissions OR submissions to 'The Wayward Sword' litmag.
We accept full length, chapbook and mixed-media/visual submissions from November 1 to December 31 ONLY! If you submit outside of these times, we might respond with correction, or we might just ignore your submission entirely, depending on the urgency of the projects we are working on.

POST(blank) is a bilingual word-art publication, in which we curate a dialogue between the visual and literary arts. We look for any works that either attempt to, and can be used to, create a dialogue between these two media.

Summertime originally specialized in quality books about France (Best Paris Stories, WWII Voices, Sorbonne Confidential, and Tita, nominated for the Paris Book Award).
However we now also accept submissions in other areas,such as literary fiction (Bonds of Love and Blood, pubdate 2016; Drifting Too Far From The Shore, pubdate Sep 2016) sci-fi (The Eden Paradox Series), mass market entertainment, memoir and how-to.
