Ashland Creek Press is a small, independent publisher of books for a better planet. Our mission is to publish a range of books that foster an appreciation for worlds outside our own, for nature and the animal kingdom, and for the ways in which we all connect. We award a prize for environmental literature, The Siskiyou Prize (www.siskiyouprize.com), and publish anthologies in both fiction and nonfiction (Among Animals and Writing for Animals).

Please read our submission guidelines and study our current titles to get a feel for what we publish. In all genres, we focus on the environment and animal protection. Please note that we do not currently publish poetry or books for children.
