Easy Street provides writers a venue to showcase their work, to discuss the publishing industry, and to share viewpoints on diverse aspects of contemporary life and culture.
GWM is a literary magazine in the form of a podcast aimed at giving the written word a voice. We like the immediate connection the listener can have with the art hearing it directly from the artist. Subscribe in iTunes or Stitcher to have issues downloaded automatically to your phone or computer.

Established in 2011, our goal will always be to give light to the voices that are normally hidden from the literary magazine scene. We're mostly dedicated works of art that step way from the norm; that jump into the strange, unique, and unexpected. Five 2 One Magazine thrives on the works by our contributors who could be seen as the freaks, weirdoes, black sheep, and free thinkers of society. We're very much looking forward to reading your work.

The Wax Paper is a broadsheet publication open to all forms of written word, imagery and collected conversation. The first priority of the Wax Paper is to expand our understanding of the people we share the world with, and in doing so, expand our understanding of ourselves. Pieces will be selected on their ability to illuminate the humanity and significance of the subjects that inhabit the work. The Wax Paper is inspired by the life of Louis “Studs” Terkel.

Publishes short stories, flash fiction, poetry, and photography / digital art that promote the uniquely positive and edifying.
Read the submission guidelines and published issues to get an idea of the content we accept. We are adamant about no vulgarity/no cursing. Follow our social media for announcements of special needs/shortages in each category.
Poetry and microfiction with a strong narrative. We like the lyrical, embrace the formal as well as spoken word. Clarity is essential. We love pop culture.

The Doctor T. J. Eckleburg Review is a literary and arts journal housed at the Johns Hopkins University, MA in Writing Program. Our aesthetic is eclectic, literary mainstream to experimental. We appreciate fusion aesthetics including magical realist, surrealist, metarealist and realist works with an offbeat spin. We value character-focused storytelling and language and welcome both edge and mainstream with punch aesthetics. We like humor that explores the gritty realities of world and human experiences.
We are devoted to publishing memorable and energetic fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction. We also feature reviews of contemporary literature and criticism, as well as author interviews, artwork, and comics. CCR seeks to publish not only a broad range of writings, but a broad range of writers with diverse backgrounds as well. Both beginning and well-established writers are welcome.
