Copywriter by day, novelist by night, I'm able to quench my writing thirst on the 9-5, but I'm looking to quench my soul with this writing group.

I have so many ideas that I want to share, but between imposter syndrome or being slammed with too busy a schedule, my ideas never seem to leave my Google Docs.

Overall, I'm looking for encouragement, accountability and advice from all you talented, beautiful writers.

I am a budding poet that enjoys writing fun children's poetry as well as adult themes. I have never been published and only a few people have viewed my work. I try to write everyday. I perfer rhyming poems as opposed to free verse. I have dabbled in limericks, haiku, villanelle, as well as trying to find my own style.

I teach a class, the laws of international trade and shipping, which routinely requires me to review assumptions and the stories we tell ourselves about the world and our roles in it.  Retirement  is liberating. Time for new stories and to wade into new tides

When I was more active on social media, I maintained a wordpress site where I occasionally posted poetry and other bits.   Romancing the Crone with Words – Poetry and other Writings by Ella Dodson (wordpress.com)

I would like to find a small group of writers who are curious and have a sense of humor about the writing process and life.  Ideally we could meet  biweekly or monthly online.

Echo Shawn Corby

I have been writing for a while, mainly focused on the creation of a series of novels involving a high fantasy setting hidden from our regular human world. I was inspired to write when I was 14 years old and I couldn't make my knock-off Monster High animation project come to life because I was too dumb to download a software and learn to animate.

I am an intermediate level writer who is in the middle of several projects as of now. I have not been published due to my desire to perfect my main novel before submission but I am also endeavoring with a book of poetry about my experience as a trans masc, nonbinary, pansexual person and a nonlinear novel starring an LGBTQ+ romance.

I am hoping to find writing buddies that are willing to read and critique my cute, slightly-campy story about some shapeshifter/werewolf people's hijinks as well as my other side projects. I want to exchange critiques to both practice editing as a career and to read other people's stories and see their potential. I am hoping to get my work developmentally critiqued so I can finally publish the first book in a long-anticipated series!

S.Q. Thomas

I have written two drafts of my debut novel and am working on the third. I am looking for people with similar experience, or more experience, to help coach me into becoming a better writer and truly finding my voice as an author. I have always wanted to be a published author, and I am finally on track to do it. I am diving into this wholeheartedly, and I am just looking for likeminded individuals to swap work with to get to be better versions of ourselves. I want to grow, I want to learn, I want to be.
