Recently established in 2012, Brainfood Bookstore is an independent bookstore located in Longmont's Old Town Marketplace. Brainfood emphasizes the importance of buying and reading locally, supporting Colorado writers and publishers by hosting readings and workshops and keeping mass-market texts off their shelves. Other events include an open-mic poetry night on the third Thursday of the month. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11AM to 6 PM, Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM. The store is closed on Mondays.

Letterpress printing is the focal point for SALT & CEDAR's investigations into means of production and dissemination--tapping into creative economies and generating fresh approaches and alliances. We produce custom invitations, calling cards, stationery, books, and posters.
The Catskill Art Society is a nonprofit multi-arts organization cultivating public interest, participation, and enjoyment of the arts in rural Sullivan County, NY. We program our venue, the CAS Arts Center, with events including readings by regional writers, panel discussions, and multimedia presentations in all styles and genres, with a strong emphasis on local issues and stories.
