A prize of $1,000 and publication by Red Hen Press will be given biennially for a second or third book by a Latino poet. Orlando Ricardo Menes will judge. The winner will also receive a two-week residency at Ragdale and will be invited to give readings in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Submit two copies of a manuscript of at least 50 pages by January 15, 2012. There is no entry fee. Visit the website for complete guidelines.
