Two prizes of $3,500 each are given annually for two poetry collections by U.S. poets. The winning manuscripts are published by Southern Illinois University Press, which cosponsors the award with Crab Orchard Review. Each winner also gives a reading at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Cynthia Huntington will judge. Submit a manuscript of 50 to 80 pages with a $25 entry fee, which includes a subscription to Crab Orchard Review, by November 16. Send an SASE or visit the website for complete guidelines.
