Micro Award

A prize of $500 is given annually for a short short story published during the current year. Stories published “in any print or electronic publication designed for public display” are eligible. Jacob Appel, Megan Arkenberg, Kevin Couture, Jennifer Dawson, Gay Degani, Chad Simpson, and Shelley Singer will judge. Authors may submit one story and editors may submit up to two stories of no more than 1,000 words each by December 31. There is no entry fee. Visit the website for complete guidelines.
