Arrowhead Regional Arts Council

Fellowships of $2,500 to $5,000 are given annually to Minnesota poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers. Writers who are U.S. citizens, at least 18 years of age, and have lived in Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, or St. Louis counties in Minnesota for at least six months are eligible. Submit up to 10 pages of poetry or 15 pages of prose, a work statement, and a résumé by March 30. There is no entry fee.
