A prize of $1,000 and publication by Bear Star Press is given annually for a poetry collection by a writer residing in a state west of the Central time zone. Submit a manuscript of 50 to 65 pages with a $20 entry fee by November 30. Send an SASE or visit the website for complete guidelines.
