Grants of up to $50,000 are offered triennially to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers. Writers also receive advisory and development services from Creative Capital. United States citizens or permanent legal residents who are at least 25 years of age and have at least five years of professional experience in the field of literature are eligible. Students who are enrolled full-time in a degree-granting program are not eligible. Using the online submission system, submit a letter of inquiry between February 1 and March 1.
